The role is to deliver and manage high standards of customer service on a daily basis for the branch involving direct interaction and telecommunication with customers, visitors, other Windsor branches and the branch sales and service teams.
Responsibilities will also include ensuring that the branch remains well presented at all times. There may also be times where you are asked to help other members of Windsor staff, the tasks will be reasonable and within the scope of your knowledge and abilities.
The ideal candidate will develop daily relationship management including customer visits and meetings as and when required – keeping customers informed and build relationships, site visits will include site inspections and tool box talks with engineers if required
